SIU Dell Prime Vendor Contract

Buying computers for your department or for yourself? SIU has a new Prime Vendor Contract for Dell computers with Kennedy Book Store, Inc. (710 Book Store). The contract term is for a six-month period beginning February 2, 2004 , with 19 six-month renewals possible.

There are three desktops, three laptops, and three servers to choose from, with a variety of options for customizing. With your web browser, navigate to the SIUC Purchasing Department web site, click on Prime Vendor Contracts, and then click on the Dell icon.

Basic specifications have been enhanced
Deliveries are now made directly to the departments at no charge
No bidding is required on orders
Further pricing discounts on other Dell products and peripherals
Special pricing for students, staff, faculty and Alumni Association Members with free shipping for contract computers.
