Wireless Network Status
Current system status is Normal
We are currently experiencing limited connectivity for Mac users connecting to Network Connect (NC). The issue started after the new Java update for Mac's. Juniper is working on a fix for the problem, but they do not have the fix for the issue yet. We are currently working to resolve this issue.
Temporary workaround:
If you have recently updated your Java, you will need to open regular browser i.e. Safari; and go to vpn.siu.edu. If you go through the Safari, you should be able to launch NC client. If you launch NC client directly from your machine, it will fall in to infinite loop and the Host checker will fail to load every time. This will also cause your machine to freeze sometimes.
